Know Your Rights: ADA Fair Hearing Rights (April 2013)

This document will assist you in understanding what your rights are when your client has a disability and needs HRA to give him/her a “reasonable accommodation” based on their disability and,  it can guide you through the steps for requesting this accommodation.  Also use this form to ask HRA to help you deal with HRA, WeCare, or the Back-to-Work program.
