The Project FAIR Help Desk is purely volunteer run. Many volunteers staff shifts at the Help Desk with the approval of their organizations or law firms, or on their free time. Before staffing a shift at the Help Desk, all volunteers must have attended a basic Fair Hearing Advocacy Training or be a practicing Public Benefits advocate.
